From early development to the pro’s we focus on sport specific movements as it relates to the athletes specific sport (feet work, speed, agility, change of direction technique, etc.)

Personal Training

We create and deliver safe and effective exercise programs for individuals geared toward meeting personalized fitness goals. Whether its group training , a beginners fitness regimen or a Advanced exercise program designed for individuals with higher fitness levels (Heightened strength training movements & advanced cardio).

Group Training

Get the most out of your time with our Group Training's , Led by certified personal trainers and specialty instructors, these sessions allow you to reach your fitness goals in a fun, effective and affordable way. whether you're just a beginner or a fitness warrior our classes carter to a wide variety of fitness levels

Sports Training

Youth Developmental Training

  • Duration : 1 Hour
  • Recommended for ages 5 - 12

Focus :

  • Fundamental Movement Skills - Adds the foundation for more complex athletic skills later on.
  • Strength and Conditioning - age-appropriate strength, power, speed, and endurance through structured training programs. Focus on bodyweight exercises, resistance bands.
  • Introduce Skill Acquisition - Teaching proper techniques for specific sports.
  • Skill Development: Focus on teaching fundamental skills specific to the sport, breaking down techniques into manageable steps, and providing ample opportunities for practice and reinforcement.

Middle School/High School

  • Duration : 1 Hour
  • Recommended for ages 13 - 18

Focus :

  • Sport-Specific Skill Development: Emphasize advanced techniques, tactics, strategies and refining skills through drills specific to the chosen sport(s) .
  • Strength and Power Training: Implement structured strength and power training programs tailored to the demands of the sport(s) while considering the athletes' individual needs and physical development.
  • Speed, Agility and Quickness Training: Incorporate speed, agility, and quickness (SAQ) drills to enhance reaction time, acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction abilities, which are crucial for most sports.

  • Duration : 1 Hour
  • Recommended for College Bound Athletes

Focus :

  • Advanced Technical Skills - Mastery of specific techniques relevant to the sport.
  • Functional sports training focused on exercises and routines that prepare the athlete for the specific demands and movements of their sport.
  • Refined Strength and Condition - Building strength, speed, endurance, agility, and flexibility through targeted workouts and conditioning programs.
  • Pre-Draft Training - Preparation for athlete transition from college to professional sports.

Ryan Tennison is the visionary Founder and CEO of Elite Sports University, located in the vibrant Dallas-Ft Worth Metroplex. A former scholarship football player with an impressive athletic background, Ryan has dedicated over 13 years to the performance training and health wellness & fitness industry. Certified in personal training by ISSA, his professional expertise combined with personal achievements has established him as a leading performance trainer in the region.

Ryan's academic journey at the University of Houston, where he specialized in Kinesiology, has provided the foundation for his innovative methods in enhancing clients' physical health and sports performance. At Elite Sports University, he applies his extensive knowledge and personal experience to help a diverse clientele surpass their performance goals and achieve new heights in personal fitness.

Emmanuel "Mook" Bagley is a former athlete and dedicated educator with a passion for training and developing athletes at all levels. A proud alum of Kimball High School and Midwestern State University, Mook spent four years teaching special education at Conrad High School before transitioning to a career in sports training. With over 15 years of experience in the field, Mook joined into ownership of Elite Sports University in 2018, since then he has helped over 100 college athletes and youth players reach their full potential. Mook has also worked closely with top boxing organizations, such as Golden Boy Promotions, as a strength and conditioning coach. Known for his expertise in fitness and nutrition, Mook offers personalized training programs and expert guidance to help both women and men achieve their athletic and wellness goals. Passionate and dedicated, Mook is committed to empowering individuals to reach their full potential in sports and fitness.

Awarded Best Personal Trainer by The Dallas Weekly in 2023, Lee Greer is the Founder and CEO of Body By Lee® a health and wellness organization founded to help women achieve health wellness inside and out. Body by Lee® has helped thousands of women achieve and sustain their health and fitness goals by utilizing science-backed fitness and sustainable nutrition. A Certified Personal Trainer for over 10 years, Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
